Part of the 2017/18 renovation of the facilities of Johnston Hall in the Diederich College of Communication at Marquette University. This was a video pitched to the family of a late Marquette Student Media alum and other donors.
We pitched Ross Frontier Virtual Set technology, which perfectly complemented the newly renovated green screen studio in the college. Fellow student Amelia Jones, faculty advisors Mark Zoromski and Josh Grebe, and I traveled to Ottawa, ON, Canada in December, 2017 to the Ross Video headquarters and shot this video in their experimental virtual studio space. I was responsible for a small (and very cringe-worthy) acting performance and all of the post production. The project was successful, and the Jeannie Hayes Virtual Studio is now completely operational in the Diederich College of Communication.
Below is the virtual studio at Marquette University in action.
